Team Forest is growing!

With the reopening of Forest restaurant, Chef Michael Passarelli joins the Ioana Hotels family.

Born in Calabria, Italy, after graduating he decided to work with his father, Chef Antonio Passarelli, in Romania.

After 4 years in Timisoara and 10 years in Romania, Chef Michael decided it was time to improve his skills and his first stop was Milan. He followed his travels to Belgium, Holland, Switzerland and back to Romania to continue working alongside his father.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Today the two are working together again in the Forest kitchen. We invite you to come or return to taste the dishes cooked with skill and passion by Michael, and to get to know the “gastronomic personality” of the Passarelli family.
