SOFTWARE IMAGINATION & VISION (SIMAVI) has launched a new solution to automate and streamline the validation process for the eVAT reimbursement statement. The new capabilities are now available as part of SVAP2025, SIMAVI’s financial management and accounting software. This ERP system includes dedicated modules for general accounting, journal ledger, balance sheets, cost accounts, eInvoice, and ANAF reporting—along with automatic generation of the SAF-T (D406) file.
The newly released features allow users to import the supporting file provided by the Romanian Tax Authority (ANAF) and automatically reconcile it with accounting documents already recorded in the ERP system.
Designed for clients who seek greater control over their fiscal data, the update significantly reduces manual validation efforts and lowers the risk of reporting errors.

The new solution enables:
- Import of the eVAT verification file provided by ANAF;
- Automatic reconciliation of accounting transactions with ERP data;
- Detection and flagging of discrepancies and potential reporting errors;
- Access to both summary and detailed reports of all accounting documents.
Importantly, this update is available free of charge to existing SVAP2025 clients with active technical support.
