ANAF auctioned a real estate asset of Dan Voiculescu, consisting of a plot of about 3 hectares, plus office buildings, laboratories, warehouses, garages and workshops, located at Gârlei Street no. 1D in Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania, and confiscated to cover the over 60 million Euro damage set by prosecutors and confirmed by the court in the ICA file, according to www.profit.ro.
In this file, Voiculescu was sentenced in 2014 to 10 years in prison, of which he executed less than 3, and was released conditionally last year.
The starting price of the auction was set at 64.07 million lei without VAT, and the bidding rate will be 5% of it.
